Help me CONGRATULATE my happy buyer clients!!!! They closed on their new home yesterday! I always tell my clients after we get a house under contract that next, they will be working closely with their lender & the quicker they submit the documents that are requested, the sooner we can get to the closing table. Dale was ON IT!! He seriously wanted this house. 😁It was such a pleasure working with Tasha Peters at KTL Performance Mortgage. After loan submission, it only took 12 days to close!! Twelve! Thank you to Sterling Land Title as well!

Last week for Serve. Care. Give Week, our Troy & Tipp City NavX Realty Offices donated 319 lbs. of food and supplies to First Place Food Pantry!!! They were extremely grateful to our community and all of the agents who helped~ Serve. Care. Give.

Donations tend to be less frequent this time of year. She mentioned that they will take your extra veggies from your gardens 🙂 There is always a cart outside where you can place your donations. The address is 1100 Wayne Street in Troy. It's the Stouder bldg. the East entrance next to the Red Cross.

Our Troy & Tipp City offices are doing a can food drive for First Place Food Pantry! They support over 700 families each month in Miami County!!! There are totes in front of both NavX locations ☺️ So, If you're going through your pantry and can spare a few items or wouldn't mind grabbing a few extra while you’re at the store…We would greatly appreciate your support 🤩 Thank you so much!
