We caught Travis on an active custom home build to talk metal siding and roofing. cost, construction timeline, and how it performs through Missouri weather.

One of the things we love about custom building is that there isn’t one “right” way to build a home. Different styles, materials and price points all come with their own advantages, and our job is to help our clients figure out what makes the most sense for their home and budget.

Key Living Homes is a local design-build custom home builder serving Lincoln, Warren and St. Charles Counties, Missouri.

The best part of working in Downtown Troy, MO? I can just stroll down the street (even if it’s raining) to color selections!

This family is going with solid hardwoods and tile in their custom home. With so many beautiful choices it can be hard to choose, but that’s where our team comes in.

Not only do we help you design the flow of your spaces, but we also help you tie in your existing furniture to your new homes material selections.
