eTITLE’s Good Deeds Committee in partnership with the Detroit Association of Realtors collected and filled over 100 backbacks for the annual Backpacks for Homeless Veterans Collection supporting the Michigan Veteran’s Foundation. The Michigan Veteran’s Foundation provides housing, medical care, career training, and essential support to veterans in need.

In addition to providing title and closing services, our team regularly answers questions and offers training to help mortgage professionals better serve their clients, identify and resolve title issues efficiently, and keep transactions moving toward a successful closing.

eTITLE’s Brian Henry attended the 2026 Real Property Law Section (RPLS) Summer Conference, “Grand Perspectives: Title, Transactions & Transformation in Michigan Real Estate Law,” held on Mackinac Island. The conference brought together attorneys, title professionals, developers, lenders, surveyors, and government officials from across Michigan to discuss emerging issues affecting the real estate industry. Important topics of discussion included commercial real estate market trends, housing and land use development, Michigan Land Title Standards, ALTA surveys, multi-state transactions, real estate litigation, affordable housing, FinCEN reporting requirements, environmental due diligence, marketable record title issues, 1031 exchanges, and the growing impact of artificial intelligence and deepfake fraud.

Brian appreciated the opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues and exchange ideas that will help continue delivering informed and innovative solutions to our customers.
