Another tip, if you have a gas hot water heater and it has a control thermostat like this, utilize the VAC (vacation) mode when you are going on a trip along with shutting your main water valve so you don't come back to a possibility of water damage!

It's a good time of year to check your plumbing connections! That's right open up your kitchen and bathroom cabinets and make sure nothing is leaking!!! If it is and you need help fixing it, I know people. A few clients reached out over the passed 2 weeks with loose garbage disposals!!! They vibrate over time and need to be tightened up!
