New ownership & location!

After 49 years owning a real estate business, Larry Hancock has sold Advantage Realty. We are thrilled to announce that Brittney Irvin Linzey is our NEW OWNER! Over the next several months there will be some changes but we are confident they will be good for the business. Brittney has been the office manager of Advantage Realty for the past 12 years. Troy has been home to Brittney her entire life. She is a graduate of Troy University and Pike Liberal Arts.

We are also eager to announce that as of November 1st, we have relocated to a NEW office location. Our new address is 115 McNeil Street conveniently located behind Firehouse Subs off of HWY 231.

We want to express gratitude to our previous owner for his excellent leadership for many years. Larry Hancock will continue to represent buyers and sellers at Advantage Realty.
