Brad Williams uses his extensive experience to provide an unparalleled level of service and professionalism to his Charlottesville real estate clients. Brad’s preparation for becoming a Realtor includes working as the Assistant State Forester for Virginia, being a successful Peace Corps Volunteer, renovating and flipping homes, managing properties, and supporting/negotiating forestry issues in Was
hington D.C. and working with a diversity of people from around the world. While working for state government, Brad was accused of being a “people person” and not focused enough on “bureaucracy”. Therefore, Brad left the easy salary of State Government for a life of greater challenge and personal satisfaction. Brad is a very proactive person always looking for ways to make things happen. In putting together his final career, Brad decided to capitalize on his “people person” focus, his learned skills for navigating bureaucracy, his knowledge of land and houses, and his work ethic, all of which pointed him in the direction of becoming a Real Estate Agent.
“Being a Real Estate Agent is not for everyone”, Brad says, “Real Estate work takes a lot of initiative, effort, continuous education, constant networking and lots of time. But I love this work, especially when you take buyers or sellers through the process of finding or selling property, you negotiate a great deal, and they are happy with the outcome.”
If you have Real Estate questions, including but not limited to residential properties, raw land, commercial, estates, winery, or farms, Brad says,
“Give me a call and let’s discuss what you are thinking about, together we will find the answers to your questions.”
Brad is genuine when he says, “I look forward to speaking and working with you.”
