This week's project was a massive undertaking. Team B & D really knocked this one out of the park. Some long hard hours all week really paid off on the final product.

Stage 1: cut down and removed 65 trees is this area. Removed all stumps. Clear all under brush.

Stage 2: Level and grade - most of the area had to be raised 12-18 inches

Stage 3: Gravel installation - 250 ton of base material, 125 ton of top dressing

Stage 4: smile at the finish

Looking to join a Family owned and operated, fast growing business???....

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mowing Crew Leader to join our team. As the Mowing Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of mowing technicians and ensuring that all mowing operations are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of mowing technicians
- Assign daily tasks and schedules for crew members
- Ensure that all mowing equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Train new crew members on proper mowing techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor and assess the quality of mowing services provided
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or requests
- Maintain accurate records of mowing activities and report any issues to management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or mowing operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mowing equipment and techniques
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Compensation:
- Annual salary between $25,000-$41,000 to start, depending on experience and qualifications
- Paid Time Off
- Paid Holidays
- Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% company match

This backyard pool area is getting closer to being ready for a summer full of family and fun☀️🪴
These are some before, during, and after shots of a poolside slide that had a couple of overgrown beds that we had the privilege of restoring to beauty!
Step 1: We removed all of the unwanted bushes, weeds and ivy out of the beds.
Step 2: Place weed-barrier down over the beds to provide a great foundation for rocks and flowers.
Step 3: Lay down some beautiful river rock!
Step 4 will be to put in the flowers. Stay tuned to see how it turns out!

Pretty soon this family is going to have a beautiful backyard and back patio to enjoy together for years to come!!
