Today marks 2 years of 100% sobriety. This journey has been the most challenging—and the most rewarding—experience of my life. Through it all, I found GOD and learned to put Him first. His grace carried me through when I couldn’t see a way forward.

I’m endlessly grateful for my parents and my sister, whose love never wavered, even in my darkest moments. You truly had my back when I needed it most. And to my daughters, Allegra and Jennabelle—you are the LOVES of my life, and my greatest motivation to keep becoming the best version of myself.

I know this topic can be uncomfortable, even controversial—but I share my story in the hope it might inspire someone out there who’s struggling. There is a way out. There is healing. There is help.
