We decided last spring to begin searching for a vacation home in the Truckee area. It was an extremely slow market in our price range with limited homes/condos being listed. Bret was extremely patient with us until we finally found something that met our requirements in late August. He kept us informed of any new listings, would explain to us pros and cons of each one (elevation, sun angle, noise, etc.) to help educate us. He was extremely flexible/accommodating on scheduling time for us to travel to Truckee to view listings. He made the closing process go as smooth as possible, facilitating inspections, communicating with the lender, keeping us informed. Post close he has gone out of his way to ensure that the townhome was as it should be and facilitated a couple of fixes that needed to be done.
