A strong summer sets the stage for fall 🍂

The Tahoe-Truckee and Incline Village markets stayed strong through August, with 131 residential sales totaling $257.5 million. Higher-value sales pushed the average sale price to nearly $1.966 million, the highest August average on record. 🏡

As we head into fall, 551 homes are on the market, and nearly $298 million is already under contract. With inventory tightening, well-priced properties continue to stand out and attract buyer attention.

This September 11th, we come together for the 6th Annual Truckee 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, an event created by Tahoe Mountain Realty, right here in our community, just steps from our back door.

We climb each year to honor the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice and the thousands of innocent lives lost.
