Unsurprising fact: I'm not very talented with social media. But better late than never! (Just kidding, I hate being late.)

Regardless, I wanted to share the success of my clients from the last couple months. Congratulations to the new, proud owners of 3 gorgeous lots and cabin at Alpine Meadows! I was fortunate to help represent the sellers of the property, and represent the buyer. They're excited to upgrade the existing cabin, and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

The second picture is special to me, as I had the privilege to stand once again with and list the home of some of my best friends in the world. We earned an offer far over the asking price, giving them a great start to downsizing and simplifying their life here in Truckee.
