With 75 New Listings quickly moving towards my prediction of 500 Active Listings by Memorial Day - This is good for Buyers although last year for Memorial Day Weekend we had 677 Active listings in the TT MLS. No wonder prices are not going down, just not that many sellers. We do live in a slice of heaven.
