Ahh the highs and lows of this crazy real estate business! 🎢 Case in point this last week, I closed on a lovely Roseville property one day and then had a nightmare home inspection in Orangevale for another buyer the next day (see last two pics) - $30k worth of termite repairs to be the biggest issue on a 2BD condo, we promptly cancelled escrow 😅

That being said, one thing I always say to new buyers is this might happen; we might find that it’s too much in repairs and the seller might not want to help with any of it. At the end of the day we move on, keep searching, and negotiate another offer that works better for you. The end goal is to deliver keys on closing day to happy, confident buyers. It’s all part of the ride, and I’m here to help 🤗
