The lifts are just a couple steps away which make this home ideal for a family learning to ski. The entire house has just been fully remodeled with all new appliances and fixtures. First floor_ You enter upstairs after a flight of steps (caution, these can be slippery in the winter) into the living/dining area. h speed internet service. This level has views of the Tahoe Donner valley and the Eastern Sierra Mountain range. There is a large dining room table that can accommodate 8 people. There is also an enclosed back deck that can be used as a mud-room/ski locker. Next level_ Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed this room has forest/ski hill views as well as views of the Eastern Sierra Mountain range. Bedroom #2 has 1 bunk bed & a twin bed, flat panel HD TV/DVD this room has forest/ski hill views Full bathroom in the hall with a Shower/Tub combo Next level_ Loft area has a Twin bed and space for kids games/play area Next level_ Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed, and wall mounted flat panel HD TV/DVD this room has forest/ski hill views. Full bathroom with Shower / Tub combo When you stay at the Tahoe Donner Skibowl you have access to the HOA amenities of both the Skibowl association and the Tahoe Donner association. The Skibowl Condo amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, indoor sauna, great summertime BBQ area, ping pong and more. The Tahoe Donner HOA amenities include a full recreation centers and workout facilities, equestrian center, private lake beach, golf, and 2 pool areas. Tahoe Donner activities include horseback riding, golfing, water sports, kayaking, mountain biking. There is no garage, but plenty of flat parking Wi-Fi Access Available (connection not always guaranteed.) **No Smoking**No Pets** BOOK FOR 3 NIGHTS, 4TH NIGHT FREE! (some exclusions may apply) The majority of guests must be over the age of 25. Please know that reservations cannot be canceled once initial payment is received. We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip, you are covered!
