Happy Holidays everyone!

Tahoe Mountain Properties is looking for a part time inspector/stager/runner for the remainder of the season. This position's primary objective is to prepare vacation rentals so they are ready for the next check in. It includes but is not limited to:

inspecting cleans, stocking properties with supplies, light snow shoveling, dump runs, and minor fix its. A good fit would be a trustworthy and dependable individual with a valid drivers license and reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle. An eye for detail and good time management skills are a must.

Could start as early as January 5th. Must be able to work Sundays; and 2 other weekdays which can be flexible each week.

Starting pay $27-$30 hr DOE. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.

We are a growing company with over 55 vacation rentals serviced. We are a fun and casual team. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time benefited position for the right fit.

One of the best parts about being in North Lake Tahoe is the access to clear skies, perfect for stargazing any time of year! In early December, constellations like Orion, Ta**us the Bull, Canis Major, the Big Dipper, Cassiopeia, and Leo the Lion are all visible, depending on which time of night you choose to go stargazing. Visit Donner Summit, Glacier Way in Tahoe Donner, or the Prosser Reservoir to get the best views and darkest skies! Feeling lost when looking at the night sky?
