Finding the right house is a journey, and this one was truly a testament to patience and perseverance. After making offers on four other properties, everything finally fell into place. Even with a minor bump in the road—like a delayed mortgage commitment date—we pushed through, stayed on track, and made it across the finish line!

For me, real estate isn't just about helping a family sell or find home. It's also about helping individuals find a place to call home when starting, expanding or a fresh start for their business. Today is fresh start for my commercial client. The journey was a little rocky with the first space he wanted to rent. The lease came through with hidden costs that were never disclosed to us prior to getting to a lease. As much as the listing agent wanted to make the deal work, we could not come to an agreement. We went back to tour a space previously toured. Everything was disclosed right out of the gate, the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. Wishing you the best of luck in Trumbull Nick & Pat.

Last week Liz and I had a mother daughter trip to Florida. It was a much needed trip to relax and unwind together. While in Florida, I received a text from a client asking if I heard the news. They received an offer on his parents house in Florida. Back in November I had referred him to an agent that could help sell the house. The market is far different than CT and the house was not moving. I joked with him that I guess it took me going to Florida to get the house sold.
