Last week Liz and I had a mother daughter trip to Florida. It was a much needed trip to relax and unwind together. While in Florida, I received a text from a client asking if I heard the news. They received an offer on his parents house in Florida. Back in November I had referred him to an agent that could help sell the house. The market is far different than CT and the house was not moving. I joked with him that I guess it took me going to Florida to get the house sold.

Busy, busy weekend, toured 7 houses with my buyers today, another 6 tomorrow. To help them keep it all straight, I print out the MLS sheet and created these scorecards to help determine costs, likes/dislikes and know the age of roof and mechanicals. To finish up the packet, I print the floor plans and then also make a suggested floor plan with changes to accommodate their needs best if the house doesn't current check every box.
