We like to highlight 3 of the biggest CT counties our team services: Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford.

There's a few interesting things worth noting this week...

1. Closings have slowed down slightly, which is completely normal for this time of year. Back to school season brings a natural reset and the market tends to follow suit before picking back up again.

2. What's more notable right now is the uptick in price reductions. For sellers who may have missed the prime spring and summer listing window, the pressure to sell before winter is real and the price drops are reflecting that.

Dreaming is easy. Training and discipline is where most people fall short.

Congratulations to Brandon Moore and his newest Buyer who just got an accepted offer for this beautiful home in Windsor Locks!

We love a good long-game story....
This client originally "raised his hand" as we say a couple years ago to let Brandon know he was interested in becoming a homeowner.

Brandon stayed in touch, kept the relationship warm, and when his client was finally ready to get serious earlier this year, he knew exactly who to call.
