We bought this historic two story Roebuck Springs colonial a year ago. It was built in 1916 by John Stone and is one of the first ten homes built in Roebuck Springs. It is built on 2 acres with winding driveway and original servants home in the rear as well as remnants of the original two stall horse/carriage shed. Loads of work ahead but it will be a show stopper for the neighborhood when we are finished.
