I was told your clients will become your friends before your friends become your clients and that is so true. This one though was super special.
Kate Brandino was a coaching client who quickly became a friend. She is still a realtor and still a friend and she is also a real estate 🏡 client.
When life hit some serious highs and lows she needed to make a move. It was time to close a chapter and start a fresh one. We found her new house 🏠 that was closer to work and closer to family and now it was time to sell her house 🏠 and close a chapter. Her and her boyfriend purchased the house to be theirs and like all well laid plans sometimes they change. Brian passed away after a long hard battle and while the memories there were great 😊 there were hard ones and it was time to create new ones and let someone else start a life here.
Fortunately her being an agent she knows the process and knows what’s important. She got the house 🏠 ready and it was priced right and marketed right and sold quickly.
Thank you Kate for trusting me to get you through this time in your life and I am excited for what’s next for you. I am also excited 😆 for some things we are working on. Got that chicken 🐓 foot ready?!

When I get to walk a first time home 🏠 buyer through the process it is such a blessing. From the first what’s next call 📞 to the closing table it is such a blessing. When I also watched the “kid” grow up ⬆️ it’s incredible.
When Colby first called me I had to do the math to make sure he was old enough 🤣 not really and yet it was such a cool 😎 moment.
Step one ☝️ let’s get you pre-approved. This is where Tonya Golden NMLS ID 1150669 rocks.
Then we go look 👀 and this is the fun 🤩 part. We get to see the good 👍🏼 the bad 👎🏼 the ugly and the beautiful 😍 and we get to find the one. ☝️ when we do we know it. We looked for a while. He knew where he wanted to be. Where he didn’t want to be and what he wanted. We found it.
This great home 🏠 will be one he can enjoy 😊 for a while.
We actually closed while I was recovering ❤️‍🩹 from surgery and I didn’t get to go. However I was so excited 😆 for him and again Tonya came through with a picture. She knows me.
