Big congrats to the Howard Family on the successful sale of their home in Helena! Was definitely a home that we expected to move quickly and have a lot of action… unfortunately we hit one of those weird several weeks of real estate where the market just froze for several weeks and especially in this neighborhood. Other homes were just sitting on the market. We stuck to the game plan, didn’t panic and knew our price point was where it needed to be. Thankfully things opened up and a good wave of buyers came through….and a great young couple is now calling this one home!
