We are delighted to announce the opening of Whiterun Stables, conveniently situated just six miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Our newly established 8-stall barn is a testament to modern equestrian excellence, offering a range of amenities. These include grooming stalls, a hot/cold wash stall, a climate-controlled living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom complete with an upstairs sleeping area featuring two twin beds.

For your convenience, we have thoughtfully provided a separate tack room, equipped with a washer, dryer, and sink. The open front stalls, custom-crafted by HAU in Germany, have been designed with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the utmost comfort for your horses.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans to further elevate our facilities. This includes the development of a spacious 200x160 jumping arena, the creation of additional larger paddocks, and the establishment of a dedicated workshop space.

Our unwavering commitment is to provide top-tier amenities that cater to both you and your cherished animals. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you to our stables soon! 🐴🏡

Whiterun is the closest offsite lodging with a full service barn to the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

This beautiful farm consists of 12 aces with a 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1 1/2 bath home with office and a 8 stall barn with paddocks. Conveniently located within 4 miles of groceries, restaurants, gas, wineries and only 6 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Barn rental with paddocks are priced separately. Please inquire for more information. 8 stalls, hot/cold wash rack, 2 grooming stalls. The barn Apartment with full bathroom and kitchenette, tack room with washer and dryer with AC/Heat. Currently booking offline

Whiterun Stables is now open for business. Will accept layovers and horse show clients.

Barn is brand new. Fully insulated top to bottom to keep horses cool in summer and warm in winter. This barn was designed in mind for practical comfort for riders, grooms and horses.

Eight 12 x12 HAU stalls with matted floors with Belmondo mates and Two stalls and convert to 12 x24.

Hot cold wash rack

Hay, feed and shaving storage

Barn Apt has a Ac/heated Kitchenette, full bathroom and upstairs with two twin beds.

AC/ heated Tack room with washer and dryer

Utility room had two hot water heaters and filtration system.

Four 96x96 paddocks for turn out.

Future additions is 220 x 140 riding ring, manure pits, additional five large paddocks and field hydrants.

Ca be rented with the farmhouse or by itself.

Six bags of premium paper shavings are included with each stall.
