The spring market has definitely arrived in Portland and as a result, we’ve been swamped lately! So swamped that I’ve not been good about sharing everything that’s been going on. To get y’all caught up, here’s what the past month has looked like! 💪🏾😎
1. We just got our wonderful clients under contract for this adorable craftsman house in the Alberta Arts neighborhood! This was their third offer, and everything we’ve written offers for has gone way over list price in the first weekend. This one had a previous sale-fail, which is why it was a bit less competitive, but it had 14 offers the first time it was listed and multiple offers again the second time 🥵
2. Congrats to our sellers on the successful sale of their home that was part of a trust! We had 4 showings in the first two days and got an offer on the first weekend being on the market! Our sellers were beyond thrilled! 😍
3. Congrats to our repeat clients who are buying 10 acres with a view to build their dream home! Beyond excited to be able to help them find the right piece of land and we can’t wait to see what they end up building! 🙌🏽⛰️
4. Congrats to our buyers for purchasing their first home with an ADU! They’re going to fix up the house, rent out the ADU to lower their monthly payment, and house hack into another duplex next year! This one was also purchased off-market before other people had a chance to see it! 💯 💃
5. Congrats to our buyers from Arizona on purchasing their forever home on an acre in Battle Ground! They were shopping while living in AZ, which meant virtual showings! Not only were they out of state, but we also were able to beat out 16 other offers despite not being the highest priced offer. We’re extremely excited to have been able to find them their dream home. 🤩🧚🏼♂️
