For anyone interested in a unique read, my former All-Army and World Class Athlete Greco-Roman Wrestling coach Floyd Winter
s has written his biography. It is titled "Stay Low and Circle Left: The Story of Floyd "Bad News" Winter".
Floyd, AKA "Bad News", was a career Army soldier, highly decorated combat vet, world class athlete on every level, Army wrestling, CISM, World Team, Pan Am, and USA Olympic coach, powerful Greco wrestling proponent, mentor, and friend to more people than can be counted.
I can say from experience 3 things without equivocation about Floyd- 1) USA Greco-Roman Wrestling would not be where it is now as a world power without Floyd 2) any success I've had in Greco in the past I can attribute to him and my team mates, and 3) Floyd Winter
s did NOT lead a boring life!
To any MMA or UFC fans out there, my former All-Army Wrestling team mate Randy Couture
wrote the Foreward and a pretty moving tribute to Floyd and all the coaches who helped us along the way.

One tip not in this video is to use your phone to video the walk through, looking at the condition and cleanliness of the property, carpet, paint, under sink, landscaping, etc, and then email the video to yourself and the landlord as a record of the condition upon turnover.
