Alright well you all know I don’t post about real estate much on my personal profile, and I’m not gonna be starting now. But if you’re having a hard time seeing how you’ll ever be able to buy your first home (like so many others), you should know about a program currently being funded by Pima County that will cover your down payment and reduce your interest rate by a whole point. I have clients taking advantage of this as we speak. There are limited funds and they’re going fast, but they’re there! As for the closing costs, you just let your old pal Jeremy worry about that.
After COVID, the dream of buying your first home has gotten more and more out of reach for so many. This is a real way to achieve such a dream. Stay safe out there everyone! Love you all.
