We have five uniquely designed floor plans to choose from:
413 s.f studio.
Studio deposits are $250.00
605 s.f. one-bedroom one bath.
657 s.f. one bedroom one bath.
One-bedroom deposits are $300.00 on approved credit.
818 s.f. two bedroom one bath.
820 s.f. two bedroom two bath.
Two-bedroom deposits are $400.00 on approved credit.
Our apartment homes are all electric, the bill is paid from the resident directly to Tucson Electric Power.
We charge a flat fee for water, trash and sewer per month based on occupancy from:
$42.00 to $62.00 (unit with washer/dryer) per month with one occupant
$52.00 to $72.00 – two occupants
$62.00 to $82.00 – three occupants
$72.00 to 92.00 – four occupants
$82.00 to $102.00 – five occupants.
There is a $50.00 nonrefundable application fee per adult, applications are accepted online at www.shadowtreeapts.com (VIRTUAL TOURS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE!). To reserve your home, we charge a $235.00 nonrefundable administrative fee/package fee on approval.
Our apartment homes are unfurnished and include full size appliances, spacious bedroom closets, linen closets, ceiling fans in the living room & bedrooms, vertical blinds and a privacy screen door. We have two sparkling swimming pools, a relaxing spa to enjoy, four gas grills, a dog park, two 24/7 laundry care facilities and we have a Fitness Center and so much more!!
We are a gated community; our gate closes at 6:00 pm and opens at 7:00 am. We offer assigned covered parking spaces for an additional fee of $25.00 per month; uncovered spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
We are also a pet friendly community and welcome pets up to 30 pounds.
Our pet deposit is $500.00 (per pet), of which $250.00 is refundable. Pet rent is $30.00 (per pet) per month.
Shadowtree Apartment Homes is professionally managed by New City Management, providing you with benefits such as beautifully landscaped grounds, lush grass courtyards, large shade trees, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and great office staff here to serve you!! We are open Monday - Saturday 9:00am- 6:00pm and Sunday Closed. If you would like to schedule an appointment or you have any questions, feel free to give us a call or simply reply to this email and our office staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Additionally we do have a select few units that have a $500 move in credit,and we do have a preferred employee discount to eligible applicants. Be sure to call for details!!!
