Late post: My celebration dinner for my closing on the duplex I helped my customer with.

I’m glad I was able to give him the push he needed to get his investment opportunity.

This was a “unique” transaction but it was closed successfully.

The great thing about buying a multiplex is the ability to live in one unit and rent out the others to pay for the roof over your head. It can give you some financial freedom and helps with the never ending inflation.
