Remember that new listing back in mid October...we made it to close!
Roller coaster of emotions! This family right here was a DREAM to work with from start to finish. They understood the assignment from prepping the house for sale to close. Throw Back Thursday [is this still a thing?] to the WONDERFUL human being, who I care about immensely, who helped me further my real estate career and took the leap with me to be her buyers agent. We had a ROUGH time finding a place during the housing buying craze, but we got her one! Thank you Emily Bartz for allowing me to work with you to find your home! Can't wait to see how she turns out fully renovated.

This post is also a testament to the fact that homes may not be your "dream" when you buy [aka no renovations needed = turn key], but you can make it your dream with a little extra TLC. [Those pics will be in another post...we gonna make you wait.] 😊

My first listing was our home in Dove Mountain. I know how difficult it is to leave a home you brought your baby home to and worked so hard on to make your own memories. I too knew that someone else would love our home as much as we did! We were right. A couple from Seattle had friends in our same neighborhood and wanted to be close to them in the winters. They were ecstatic to be only 2 blocks from their best friends!
