Hi
I have a buyer need for the Foothills or close in Tanque Verde.
Would like a 1 story home with over 9000 square feet plus with a large lot at least a couple of acres with views.
We have looked at Campbell Cliffs up in Cobblestone with 18000 square feet for $12,900,000.00 but it has too many levels.
Not in any hurry but must all be on 1 level. does not want a fix up. We have also looked into the home for 12,000,000 in canyon ranch but it is not his style and lot was too small.
So if you know of anything that might work. let me know?
