It's been a while since I posted here. Issues aside, I have seen many of your posts. Much appreciated. The Encantame Resorts Soleil Condo project continues to move along at a very good clip. This is the Rendezvous Tower, now topped out and quickly moving towards delivery of condos on the 2nd floor, then going up from there. Updates will continue here, aside from account access issues that come and go. Working on that too!

Encantame Resorts today, Incredible Sunday morning beachfront. whirlpool bath bubbling in the foreground, main pool and Aqua Bar up and running, negative edge beachfront pool with built in bench seating, and then there's the beach, palapas, and families in the calm morning waters of the Sea of Cortez!! Put yourself in this scene!! We are entering the best weather of the year (in my opinion)...humidity is dropping and so are the temperatures! This weather will last through Thanksgiving!! Plan to come on down and put yourself in these photos!!

Full Moonrise over Rocky Point from the roof deck in Cholla Bay. Sunset last evening, south side of Cholla Bay. Humidity is dropping off, a bit warm this weekend in low 90's, then dropping into the 80's next week. The break in the heat is happening!!

It's finally changing...the weather here that is. We've been running daytime hi temps in the upper 90's for weeks. Starting tomorrow and for the next entire week, temps are posted at hi temps of 91, 90,and even upper 80's! Along with lower temps, lower humidity is forecasted as well!! Come on down! We are entering some of the best weather of the year! From now till Thanksgiving it should be Stellar Weather here!! Beach time!!!

For anyone still here in Rocky Point thinking about leaving shortly...the line in Sonoita is all the way back to the stop sign AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL where the gas station is located. Go to the beach, the Malecon, a restaurant, Rodeo Drive....or just stay another night!!
