There can be a big difference between what a bank says you can borrow and what you should actually spend.

The happiest, least-stressed homeowners I see usually don't max out their pre-approval. Instead, they built a budget around real life—leaving room for savings, travel, car payments, and the inevitable "the water heater just broke" phone call.

Paper affordability and real-life affordability are two different worlds. Ensuring you are prepared and comfortable with your monthly payments is the way to go!

Honoring the Fallen This Memorial Day

Today, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day.

As a Tucson native, I know how deeply our community is connected to those who serve. Memorial Day is a solemn reminder that the peace and comfort we enjoy in our homes is a gift—one bought with the ultimate sacrifice of the brave men and women who served our country.

Growing up in a family-operated business here in Tucson, I’ve learned that "home" is about more than just a real estate transaction; it’s a sanctuary and a legacy. Today, we honor those who stood tall so that we could have a place to call our own.

April Market Snapshot in Tucson, AZ!

Median Sales Price is slight down from the month of March.

Number of Listing Sold and Number of Listing that hit the Market in April are trending about the same from March. We are still seeing home sell, while many homes are hitting the market.

Our average days on market did take another dip in April, now trending about 34 average days on market.
