"Lisa did an outstanding job facilitating and completing the sale of our house. As we were selling the house remotely from California her assistance with all aspects of the sale from understanding the market and proper pricing, to preparing the house for the market and completion of the transaction was invaluable. She is very organized handling all aspects of the preparation for sale. She has excellent communication skills and incredible attention to detail making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Examples of this were the organization of all elements of preparing the house for sale carpet cleaning, house cleaning, repair work and staging necessary to prepare the house for market which we could not do from California. Also because the buyers chose not to have a real estate agent Lisa took on additional work to complete the sale. She also helped us to deal with the disposition of furniture that remained in the house. She was tireless in her efforts and was a pleasure to deal with through out the process.
