I think I've about had it today! Started the morning with an emergency flood from under a driveway that got worse when the shut-off valve for the water service broke off and began flooding out of the meter box as well. Then a crazy situation where electrical was run wrong after a new A/C was installed so one tenant was paying for the AC usage of 2 properties. And now a leak that has apparently been going on for a while in the wall so now there's mold and remediation required. Ugh! This day sucks!
