just a quick rundown on what's happening in real estate this Tuesday and over the past weekend, How many New Listings came on the market over the weekend, active contingent how many single family homes are under contract at the moment, how many homes are coming on to the market soon, what the inventory for single family homes looks like and the absorption rate which is a measure of supply and demand. By taking the number of homes sold in a month and dividing it by the number on the market.🏡🏠🏘

A quick look at the real estate market in Tucson, The median sale price of a single-family home currently is $389,000 with that being said I've personally noticed that median going up and homes are staying on the market a little bit longer so if you have been hesitant for fear of being outbid by numerous offers going above asking price this is a perfect time, in my opinion, to start looking for homes and not stress too heavily on getting offers rejected. Americans have more equity in their homes than ever before.
Total U.S. home equity increased almost 20% in the first quarter to $27.8 trillion, a record high, according to the Federal Reserve.
