The biggest mistake I’ve seen sellers make is not talking to their realtor before completing renovations. If your renovation is intended to prepare your home for buyers- make sure to consult with your real estate agent before beginning any big project. As a real estate agent, we are well versed in what buyers want. A great real estate agent can help you get the most return on investment by helping you cater to today’s market. This kitchen was designed with today’s buyer in mind. A big shout out to my client for accepting all my suggestions.

This listing was so rewarding! My client was skeptical about allowing me to stage the property. They had a strong belief that staging wouldn’t make a difference. After a long talk, I convinced them it was well worth it. It all paid off because 20 days after the property was listed we went under contract! The icing on the cake? There were several properties in the subdivision with triple digit days on market. 🥳🥳🥳

I was in shock when I spoke to these sellers. They had their property listed with someone else and it sat on the market for 152 days! I was dumbfounded because the home was beautiful. Well, they were eager to sale and agreed to a few simple updates and home staging by yours truly. We took it off the market for about 2 weeks so that the changes could be made.
