This is what a true win-win looks like.
What makes this story especially meaningful to me is that I represented both the buyers and sellers in the transaction.
Anyone who has been in real estate long enough knows that dual agency requires a tremendous amount of communication, transparency, integrity, and care. The reality is that even when a transaction is handled properly and fairly, it’s not uncommon for one side or the other to walk away feeling like they could have gotten a little more, paid a little less, or somehow came up short.
My responsibility is to ensure both parties are informed, protected, and well represented throughout the process.
The funny thing is, the home the buyers ultimately purchased wasn’t even on their radar at first. But as often happens in real estate, the house you fall in love with isn’t always the one you expected. The moment they walked through the door, everything just seemed to click.
That’s why these two testimonials mean so much to me.
Not because the transaction closed, but because both sides walked away feeling heard, respected, and genuinely happy with the outcome.
