Construction Update for Avilla Traditions:

The finish line is in sight at Avilla Traditions as over half of the 218 single-family units available for rent are turned over to property management with continuous turnover every week!

We look forward to seeing the rest of the units filled in the coming months. Congratulations to NexMetro Communities and BBL Building Company on the great progress.

Avilla Traditions in Grand Prairie, TX has turned over nearly half the units to property management, with more units being completed every week! New residents can enjoy a large pool courtyard with two hot tubs, a dog park, and a community grill area. When complete, this beautiful community will be 218 single family for rent units.

Congratulations to NexMetro Communities and BBL Building Company Construction on their Grand Opening celebration in a couple of weeks for Avilla Grove in Celina, TX.

Avilla Grove in Celina, TX is preparing to turn over the Leasing Office and Model Units to property management! This beautiful 200 unit single family for rent community will be celebrating with a Grand Opening celebration in a couple of weeks. We are very excited to see residents move into their new homes this Fall!

We are looking forward to kicking off a 2nd extended stay hotel project this summer with our partners at OpWest Development.

Last week our team met with our partners from Aerie Development LLC to see the progress at Linda Vista Luxury Rentals.

The construction team has hit the ground running, completing the foundations, framing, and roofs for the first phase of houses, with shingle and window installation to follow. The community area is starting to come to life as the team preps to pour the pool. The project is on schedule for renters to move in later this year.

Avilla Lakeridge in Arlington, TX is steadily moving forward! Residents have been moving in as fast as units are being turned over! This 170 unit single family for rent community will be completely finished by the end of the year!
