For the moment, I'm doing real estate referrals only; meaning, once I know what your goals are, I vet a top gun agent that fits what you want from a real estate experience - anywhere. Do I get something for my wisdom and counsel? Yes, at closing. So fun.

This article is pretty in your face on design trends and what to avoid. Mainly it's saying don't follow design trends, because they come and go and will date your house.

Interior design trends are like everything else. These fads may look amazing now, but they may not work out well in the long term. Many professional and amateur interior designers are tired of these designs and want to try something new. And still, the client always has the right to decide. Accordin...

Tucson real estate report in a nutshell- We have less than three months inventory and plenty of buyers. Still a seller's market. Mostly, I want to talk about dancing. I've discovered Connie Brannock's Little House of Funk, and I've started shredding a dance floor a couple times a month. These are some of the finest musicians in Tucson. Little House of Funk is all about keeping the dance floor full! Connie knows how to start a party, engage the crowd, and keep it H-O-T. Her joy is contagious, and her presence adds a positive punch to any get-together.From a sultry trio background to the fiery 10-piece party extravaganza featuring t...

So confusing), dabbled with my writing, cooked, ate, ate again. I keep holidays simple. I'm thankful for so much. I bet you are, too.

You never write, you never call. Tucson is showing off these days (at last). Those of us who live here during the summer are tough. Even spending a month in Washington mid-July to mid-August, it was still a really long summer. That being said, the weather is FINE. Book your resort for this winter (La Paloma, Hacienda Del Sol, Loews Ventana Canyon, Westward Look). Tucson is a dreamy snowbird destination.

Looking forward to this beautiful day to connect with the community. We believe wholeheartedly that one of the reasons Tucson is so different is it is brimming with creatives. There is no shortage of people who create beauty. The Made in Tucson Market through the Historic Fourth Avenue Coalition is honored to be able to make this space that unites community, art, localism, and sustainability.

Despite what national headlines might have you thinking, Tucson home prices are trending up. Why? Because the supply of listing inventory is declining.
