Attention Residents: The inspection Notices everyone received for tomorrow are so an electrician can take a look at the breaker boxes, lights, etc and make sure everyone is good to go. Since this apartment complex was built in 1968 we want to be sure that everything is good to go for our wonderful tenants!

Hello Residents at Craycroft Gardens! This is just a reminder that the eviction moratorium ends this month! So tomorrow! Which means rent is due on the 1st of the month. You have a grace period until the 5th of the month to pay rent, on 6th late charges may occur.

If you are still struggling with everything going on PLEASE come see me. We can set up a payment plan or something and discuss options available to you!
