Who's purchasing homes in Tucson?
Inventory in 2020 has been significantly lower than previous years. Many properties are seeing multiple offers within the first 24 hours of listing. Some homes don't even make it onto public sites like Zillow or the MLS, because they are already spoken for thru realtor connections, friends or family networks.
So whose purchasing these homes. Over the last 12 months, more than 90% of my clients have come from referrals. The buyers are from all over the US and many from colder climates. Quality of Life is the mantra. Less traffic, outdoor experiences, friendly people and great food!
