As a longtime Tucsonan, I became a real estate broker to help people in finding their home, creating community and investing in this wonderful city. I began my career in real estate as a partner in a renovation company where I managed condominium conversion projects, including acquisition, scheduling, budgets, billing, payroll and reporting. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2006, I w

as almost immediately working in one of the toughest real estate markets in history. I honed my skills working for one of the leading REO sales teams in Arizona and earned my designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, representing buyers and sellers in foreclosures and short sale transactions. The Tucson market has recovered now, and the stronger market allows me greater expression of creativity in matching my clients to the property that works for their lifestyle. My experience taught me to negotiate effectively and accurately determine a property's market value, skills that are still invaluable in any market. I am passionate about contributing to my community, and preserving our beautiful desert through sustainability and energy efficiency. As Co-Chair of the Tucson Association of Realtors® Green Forum from 2012-2016, I spearheaded efforts to educate buyers about sustainability, energy efficiency and raise awareness of how lifestyle choices effect our community. My neighborhood association, Northwest/Mansfield Park, is a citywide leader in community funded green projects (contrary to it's name, this neighborhood is in the heart of the downtown revitalization). Prior to my career in real estate, I was a modern dancer and performing artist. That choice took me all over the globe, performing in the major capitals of the world and all over this great United States. Family and friends drew me to relocate from North Carolina and New York to Tucson in the 1990’s. I remain active in the Downtown Tucson arts community and you’ll often find me at performances at Centennial Hall or catching a show at Fox Theater. I am an avid bicyclist, gardener​ and life-long learner.
