📉 Mosaic filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 6, 2025.
⚠️ As a result, Mosaic Account Servicing is NOT processing any loan assumption applications at this time. This means buyers cannot take over Mosaic loans during a home purchase.

👉 What this means for sellers:
If you’re planning to sell a home with a Mosaic loan, you should plan to pay it off before or during the sale to avoid closing delays.

👉 What this means for buyers:
If you’re in escrow on a home with a Mosaic loan, be prepared to discuss short-term financing options if needed.
