-John D. Rockefeller. Very very grateful and excited!

Thrilled to have another goal met and pursue a career in Real Estate where three of my passions meet: people, houses, and service. Working and building strong relationships with people, and hopefully long lasting frienships, everything about a home from cost to curb appeal, and serving others by helping and informing them with one of the most important decisions in their life, buying their home. All while being my own boss as an indepedant contractor and the flexibility and freedom this will provide to raise and spend more quality time with my son Jimmy.

Under contract after 1 day on the market with a full asking price offer. In a market where houses are seating stagnant, pricing your home right is paramount. Overpricing your home causes listings to go stale and forces painful price cuts later. Pricing your home 1% to 3% below recent comparable sales for the first week creates immediate online search visibility and sparks buyer competition.

Make sure you get advice from a great real estate agent. It is worth paying for professional advice when dealing with such a big and important transaction. You will make your money back and be protected.

DM if you are looking to sale or buy a home!

Representing sellers is a completely different experience and process than representing buyers. I personally enjoy working with buyers more because I get to know them better. But selling this listing has been one of my favorite transactions so far. Not only it was a great property on 5 acres in the Ironwood Forest National Monument, but my clients were an absolute pleasure to work with! The property had a lot of demand, we received 8 offers in total, and were in escrow twice. Challenging in some ways, it went smooth in all the ways. My clients made my job extremely easy even though they were in Oregon and I wish I had met them in person. I am blessed with wonderful people all around. ❤️

Happy for my clients and finally closing on their new home! This has been the longest escrow in my 12 years of selling real estate. Many hiccups throughout the process but with perseverance, patience, kindness, and hard work of everyone involved, we finally made it to the finish line. We everyone involved was amazing! Couldn’t be happier!

I posted back in May about having closed on a home with the longest escrow of my real estate career. I represented the buyer then. Today I am posting the closing of what is now my new long escrow record… 4 months! I represented the seller this time. Long escrows are not ideal, but closing is the goal and we got it done. The transaction was not short of challenges and it took two women that may have a hard time taking no for an answer, but also that know how to say no lol. Shout out to Summer Tassin | Tucson Arizona Realtor from Realty Executives who represented the buyers for being so great to work with, so patient, and persevering with me!!! Without her on the other side, not sure this would have happened!
