US home sales fall to the lowest level in nearly 30 years.

Have we slowed down because of inventory or affordability???

I believe it’s a mixture of both.

The market is very complex. Many factors affect the market.

Quick Look at another market in the US.

South Florida’s inventory of homes listed for sale has been going up.

To have a balanced market the general rule of thumb is to have a 6 month supply.

Gernally speaking, over 6 months supply is a buyers market and under 6 months supply is a sellers market.

South Florida has 9.8 months of housing supply.

Is South Florida a precursor of what’s to come????
