GNC Management is responsible for all aspects of Board relationships, legal matters, vendor contracts, relations and general issues having direct influence or effect on the financial and operation outcomes of the Association. Create and implement best practices for each community association focusing on various function areas such as governance, reserve studies/management, financial operations, strategic planning and community harmony. Manage community website data and development of newsletters to improve community communication. Update the Board of Directors on CC&R’s, policies and procedures and provide information on current industry developments. Maintain contact with insurance carrier, fire protection, police department and other agencies having jurisdiction over property to ensure that association is complying with codes and regulations of each agency. In addition, GNC Management is responsible for budget preparation, monthly financial review, disclosure information, meeting preparation, board communication, meeting attendance, covenants enforcement, compliance hearing attendance, and complaint resolution. We offer a 24-hour emergency service ensuring Boards will never have to deal with Common Area maintenance emergencies again! Biography
Gabe has worked in the HOA industry since 2007. He began working in the capacity of an Association Manager and quickly became the head of Marketing. Gabe quickly embraced his duties as a Marketing Director and helped that company reach its milestone goal of 200 managed HOA’s. In 2011, he went to work for another local management company in the capacity of Director of Manager Services where he was instrumental in developing the Assistant Manager and Compliance Departments. Gabe has managed up to 18 HOA’s with 2145 homes and budgets in excess of $1M. Gabe is a former Marine and also served the community as a Deputy Sheriff. Prior to starting his career in HOA Management, he was a general manager for a local health club. Gabe is originally from Nogales, Arizona and has been in the Tucson area since 2003. Gabe served on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and also served on the Technical Committee for the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association. Gabe has been a member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers, served as co-chair of the Tucson Outreach Committee and was also a member of the ADHOC Public Relations Committee. Gabe obtained two awards from AACM, “Above and Beyond” and “Making a Difference.” And was also part of the Common Ground Award for the Revitalization of the Arroyo Vista Clean up Project from MPA. He is also a member of the Community Association Institute and regularly attends their classes and seminars, as well as those offered through Arizona Association of Community Managers. Gabe holds the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist from CAI. Gabe’s extensive management and marketing experience will be instrumental in making GNC Community Management a successful Management Company in the Southern Arizona Region. He believes that continuing education and affiliation with professional organizations is an integral part of effective management and growth.
