🏖️ Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) — about 4 hours away
🌴 San Diego — about 6 hours away

We get the mountain views, amazing sunsets, lower cost of living, and sunshine year-round… without dealing with constant traffic, overcrowding, hurricanes, or major natural disasters. 🙌

That call? 😬
“Nope… your loan didn’t get approved.”

I’ve had buyers call me after hearing that—and they think it’s over.

It’s not.

Real talk… not all lenders are the same.

I’ve seen people get denied…
then approved a couple weeks later with someone else.

Same buyer. Different lender.

Some are stricter.
Some understand self-employed income better.
Some have way more flexible programs.
