Last week .kmseaton and I participated in the 8th annual Tom Londen Golf Classic tournament for Children’s Cancer Foundation. I look forward to this event every year. We have so much fun playing golf and all the dinners and events leading up to it. Can’t wait for 2024 and to help reach the $1,000,000 total donated goal.

🎉Client Closing Day🎉
What a journey this was. At first the inspections and work needed were too much so we backed out of the deal. I later went to listing agent to see if they would fix 100% of the repairs. They agreed and my client said it was too good to pass up. So a few weeks later she is now a first time home owner. Thanks Mia for allowing us to help you find and buy your first home

Last year was a Rollercoaster of a year personally and with my job. The market went from one extreme to another. .kmseaton and I got married and I still managed to sell more volume than I have ever before. It’s been a slower start to the year than I wanted but I know my continued hard work will payoff again.

Last month I sold over $1,000,000 in Real Estate. A month where most Realtors take time off for the holidays. Not me, worked hard to get clients into homes they loved. I love my job and being able to help those who want to be able to own their own home. I’m also truly blessed to work with the best Real Estate Team in AZ they have helped me become a great Realtor for my clients and have great resources to help give the best experience to my home buyers and sellers.

Yesterday was pretty surreal. I’ve been apart of the for a little over 2 years now and it has truly changed my life forever. I’m doing things in life and business I never thought were possible. So yesterday during our All Agent Team Meeting we had our Top 5 Agents for the different levels we have. Being among the top Realtors in our team and quite frankly in the whole state is a joy and privilege in itself. To make the Top 5 for me seemed like a huge challenge. I always hope to be mentioned but never get upset if I don’t because I know where I stand. Then came Yesterday at the meeting when started announcing the Top 5. A lot of my team members were in the Top 5 in their respective levels which was awesome. Then came level 4 (Top Level). He said who number 5 was and it was not me. As always I said “oh well, maybe next month” then he said MY NAME for number 4. I was beyond shocked and excited. I work so hard to be great for my business and my new family so to get in the Top 4 was just the icing on the cake. I love being a Realtor even if others tell me I’m not smart or will regret it (yes it does happen) and I love being a part of the best team in the state of AZ. Shout out to as well for always pushing me to be my best in business and in life. He truly changed everything for me

If you know me you know books are definitely not my thing. I know I should read more but I’ve never enjoyed it like a lot of people. But with now I have to read no matter what. No excuses. So I finished the 75 Hard book that describes and explains all reason for the different tasks. 1 down and many more to go.

Thank you to everyone who allowed me to represent them as their Realtor this year. It’s truly a blessing to be able to work with amazing people everyday and help them with their dreams of owning a home. I love this job more than anything in this world. I love the clients, my team and all my fantastic mentors. Without any of you I wouldn’t be where I am. Let’s make 2023 an absolute banger of a year.
