Wheeewww - This one was stressful with a few unforeseen extensions and some conditions with an appraiser out of town until the 11th hour but ALL of us came together to get this one done - Huge thanks to Alison Cunningham Mills and Geri at Title Security, Cecil at Coldwell and Kelly and Cailee at Starboard Financial. It's always easier when you work with people who can remain professional and cool headed with the end goal of getting families where they need to be. Seller is off to start their new chapter and Buyer and his family are already settling in!
