Sharing this with my network because it's a great reminder that in real estate, timing isn't everything - preparation and patience matter too.

This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home had everything going for it: a completely renovated kitchen with new countertops and stainless appliances, a remodeled primary bathroom, newer AC unit with transferable warranty, and move-in ready condition throughout. The covered patio and community pool access didn't hurt either.
