As an Arizona native born in Tombstone, Evetta considers herself to be at home in Sierra Vista. A former military wife for 14 years and resident of Sierra Vista since 1997, she has two children, McKenzy, a Registered Nurse who is 27 years of age and Garrett, an Entrepreneur who is 23 years of age who is working on her team J7 Homes as a Buyers’ Agent. Evetta has 38 years of experience and a vast

knowledge in the administrative, accounting and real estate professions. Her real estate career began as a licensed real estate advisor in 1991 through 1993 in the State of North Carolina and in 1993 to current, in the State of Arizona. She brings a wonderful synergy that achieves a high level of participation, and commitment to service. As a self- sufficient individual, thinking outside traditional conventions is common and gives boldness to her problem solving.
