Interesting article stating that some areas of the US will increase in values and some won't. Interest rates have capped at 7%. And 2024 is expected to bring an appreciation rate of approximately 5%.

NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun expects there to be a further uptick in home prices in 2023, even if mortgage rates stay at or near 7%.
