✨ Designing experiences, not just spaces. For Aati’s return to Downtown Design in Dubai, I had the honor of designing the full stand structure and merchandising, curating an environment that celebrated icons like Bentley Home, Minotti, Fendi Casa, and Edra.

Every detail was planned to highlight the craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation of these world-renowned brands, while creating a journey that felt immersive and elevated.

With more than 30 years of Aati shaping luxury interiors in the Middle East, this project was about more than display, it was a statement of style, storytelling, and bespoke design brought to life.

This was the second structure designed and built… I’ll be reaching into the vault for more. Stay tuned.

Hi, friends! It’s time for a reintroduction 🌟

I’m Nejla! As an interior designer with a global perspective, I’ve learned to create amazing spaces that shine, no matter the style. From Miami to Scottsdale to 10 inspiring years in Dubai, my journey has taught me to blend cultures, contrasts, and creativity. My signature? Spaces that mix a little bit of everything—textures, influences, and unexpected details—to feel layered, lived-in, and uniquely yours. Whether designing on a grand scale or working within a budget, I believe great design is all about resourcefulness, authenticity, and making bold, beautiful spaces accessible to everyone. Minimal to bold, but never boring.

Alongside designing, I’m a wife and proud mama to two incredible kids—6-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter—who constantly inspire my creativity. I also own The Neon Door , a vibrant beauty, tattoo, and med spa that celebrates individuality and authenticity.

Here’s a smart solution: this custom shelving unit opens up the flow between two rooms without the need for costly beams or a solid wall. It connects the spaces beautifully while maintaining distinct areas—and it turned out absolutely stunning!
